I discovered Roast House not too long ago and absolutely love them. We tried this light roast from Costa Rica as well as one from Ethiopia, and they are both excellent. This one has notes of cherry and milk chocolate. The fragrance upon opening the bag is just divine. Easy to drink and balanced. Look forward to trying more from them.
