Today I got into a bag of Colombian coffee. The beans come from a plantation owned by a renowned coffee expert, Dmitry Boroday. In my country, he’s considered an innovator with a deep understanding of the whole process, particularly fermentation. The coffee is roasted at his facility as well, so I’m always guaranteed great taste. This brewing method I’m using helps bring out the best in it.
