Regular drip turned out subtle and mild. Preheating the water gave it a certain punch. Need more coffee than usual to taste its character. I drink it black. If you don’t hit the perfect ratio etc it is boring. But when you find the sweetspot it is a really nice coffee. 60g to 500ml, fine grind is ok. My favorite is 25g very fine grind, 500ml, drip, no preheat of water. Weirdly enough with the stronger ratio it tastes better when cold than warm which I never had before.
