A roastary from my hometown of Sedalia, Missouri. I’ve been enjoying Osage Morning as my daily morning brew for months now. In a filtered brew it’s bright and clean and silky on the tongue. In a French press it’s all that and more; I brew it just off boil and grind a bit more finely than I normally would a medium roast (7.5 on my S3) to make a super intense cup that I enjoy with steamed milk.
