The single most interesting coffee I’ve ever had. You can really taste the chili pepper used in the fermentation process and even more so, you get other beautiful earthy flavors like lemongrass and chocolate on a distinctively sweet-ish natural process coffee backbone. Not much berry or fruit, but something wildly different instead!!
