Hario V60 | Whole Bean

Good acidity (pronounced), matured whole beans (big one’s), wonderful taste (chocolate with some kind of citric fruit). I do recomend. In the picture: the water with pH 10, and a good Brazilian “tapioca” with honey from State of Santa Catarina. Soundtrack: Felix Mendelssohn.
