I got this green coffee from my colleague Pamela, her aunt has a coffee farm. The coffee has wine, nut, bread notes with quite low acidity and noticeable astringency. It’s a very good spot for Honduras. I roasted it light at home in a cauldron, people in Honduras prefer dark roast.
