Pleasant and balanced with some sweetness. Unlike other natural processed coffees this, has an extremely light mouthfeel. Flavor doesn’t jump out at you, but light fruit flavor (melon) and syrupy sweet pine flavor are what I get. Hadn’t tried this roaster before and excited to have found a new local company!
