Mild acidity. Light bitterness and moderate roasty notes. Medium to medium-full body with dark chocolate notes of light sweetness and mild roast. The finish is pleasant and no fowl flavors longer. Very good cup of expressive medium roast offering very “coffee” type characteristics without going too far into the roast.
