From Vienna, Austria, living in The NL with my 2000 Frankenstein drip
It says ‘typical Viennese roast, a fresh chocolate aroma and well-balanced taste’ with an indication of medium-high intensity, medium sweetness and medium-low acidity.
I am Viennese and brew drip, pour over and espresso with it. With a variety of coffee-water ratio. To me it was harsh, bitter, dark, almost brutal with no body at all. Like it hits you in the face and a second later has vanished. Not pleasant.
