15g medium fine grind, filtered with 250g boiling water. Gives a fruity sweet flavour pleasant morning coffee, my wife prefers with milk but it is a delicious drink with or as it is black coffee. I found the milk masks some of the flavours but rather than completely removing them just brings them down.
