Extremely different and interesting. There’s diffuse citrusy sweetness (lemon) swirling around the sip, but the dominant flavor is a smoothy, but cayenne pepper style spicy rosemary that becomes more dominant as the coffee cools. In total there’s lemon sweetness on the nose and spicy rosemary builds on that for a dynamic middle and a herb-y finish. I have genuinely not tasted any coffee quite like this. Well done Tandem!
