Super smooth, almost velvety. Slightly sweet instead of the cavity inducing drinks they serve in shops.
For the music challenge, I think the pairing is situational. Kind of like how different wines pair with food. Right now, though, I have Rise Up by Imagine Dragons on loop in my head. 😁
