I’ve been making a lot of nitro cold brews lately. It takes longer to make, but it’s worth the wait.
Even thought the coffee spent 12 hours in French press and 1 hour in nitro, it’s a great cold brew. I cannot wait for tomorrow’s glass after spending more time in the press.
