Soft (suave) with aroma. I would definitely buy this beans again. Bought at a Dutch supermarket (Jumbo) but the coffee from these beans is normally served at La Place, a (international) restaurant chain from the Netherlands. I had dripped koffie (filterkoffie) but I tried it also the Turkeys method, than the taste is so much better in my opinion and I would rate it a 4 star.
