This review comes a long time after I actually bought and finished my beans, but it’s stayed on my mind all this time. I’m not even sure if it’s nostalgia or real at this point, but I hope to find another bean like this again so I can discover which it is. (I’m pretty sure they were just that good- I remember reigning in my anger at my labmate because he dared take up my offer of using my beans for his pour over).
