First stop on the World Coffee Tour, the Guatemala La Colina, light roast. It’s nice, no acidity, and smooth, at first – there is slight gritty aftertaste which shouldn’t be present with a medium grind. Subtle cherry aroma, but I’m not tasting it. I do taste a touch of cinnamon. Although, I prefer a more bolder blend – – I didn’t mind this coffee. Not bad and glad to have tried it.
