A really fresh vibe from this roast, wow. Haven’t had a coffee tasting this different from those around it in awhile! It’s incredibly light on the nose with an acidity almost like that found in unflavored seltzer water that then fades into a fluffy melon whip. Beautiful on pour over, there’s so much space that these flavors can occupy in your mouth.
