Made on a Flair 58. Fantastically diverse shot that changed character a lot as it cools. It starts a bit tart-sweet dichotomy but then the cherry juice becomes clearly present as the shot cools down. Overall interesting, but the sour is almost too much – makes me think I’ve under extracted it.
