I brewed with V60 wonderfull Pineapple notes hit my tounge with pleasant spiceies and honey acidity and sweetness was same as roasters describtion but in case of body o dont taste that much body . Also until cool a litle i taste greenish vegetableish notes. For espresso it wasnt as pleasant as V60
