Of coffee to water. steep for 6-12 depending upon desired Potency . You can infuse with spices , fruits or even herbs. after steeping drain off solids so grinds are minimal . Transfer to the fridge during steeping .
taste to see if you can still taste the profile of the coffee through the bitterness.
