Fruity and bright, though not too acidic and was very well balanced. Definitely a light-medium roast. Excellent brewed both via Chemex and Aeropress. Notes seem seem to come through more with the Aeropress.
Brew method:
– Chemex: 22g, standard brewing method
– Aeropress: 17g, inverted brewing method with infusion for 30 seconds, stir, and brew for another minute and half.
