Diffuse, sappy sweetness permeates a sip covered in notes of pine, sage, and thyme. Overall the flavors are blended and muted. Feels like a Colombian single origin to me, with sweetness yet earthy / woody vibes. Well done, but I always want more fruity or just more vibrant flavors.
