Use a 6 cup chemex 525ml water 35.5g beans 203F water temp bloom 32 seconds get the grounds coarse enough to not take longer than 3 min and 50 seconds I first pour 30ish ml water for the bloom then I do a fairly fast pour bring the total to 245ml to 265ml wait till the water is almost gone the slow pour in the rest coffee best served black
