Hario V60 | Whole Bean

Method was Hario V60, as usual all mornings, and the proportion was 8 grams of organic beans from “orfeu coffees” to each 100 ml of mineral water, I mean 40 grams to 500 ml in total. Great flavour, equilibrated. To me, the right proportion.
