After all those disappointing FCP coffees, I thought I’d go back to a brand I felt was consistently good, last year. Unfortunately I wasn’t too impressed with this one. On the whole, it’s not a bad coffee, but the chocolate body really overwhelms the cherry acidity, resulting in quite a boring profile which you wouldn’t normally expect from a Guatemalan coffee.
