Wow, fermented passion fruit puree washed with the coffee beans during processing! The bag smells like passion fruit and fermentation, I can barely tell it’s coffee!
The cup itself is vaguely smooth and sweet washed style Columbian on the nose followed by a passion fruit essence on the tail. Tasty and different, but not overpoweringly flavorful
