What do you use to make your own mocha? Chocolate syrup/sauce? Powdered hot chocolate mix? Chopped/shaved whole chocolate? A combination of these? I prefer a chocolate syrup. I find that it dissolves best creating a more consistent flavor throughout the drink. Comment and share your mocha techniques.
