I’m about a good 15 months in to the higher end coffee culture: I’ve been really refining my brew methods at home, finding small batch coffee to purchase, and now joining a shared experience/rating app to even further my knowledge through the help of others.
The above coffee I purchased last week was a roast that I thought was a little above my tasting experience level yet. There’s a lot going on in this one, I mean a lot! Apple, pineapple, cinimun, molasses, and it starts out on your mouth as a medium body and finished half way with a light body.
I used the Hario cloth pour over set up.
