I get a lot of nice aromas from the bean, once brewed I get burnt dark notes. In color and flavor, way darker than. I expected. Could absolutely be my prep, or my personal tastes. After struggling to get a cup I could tolerate we went out to Seven Virtues and got their Ethiopian bean and man do I love it 10X more. Puff recommended this as second to none so I’m super bummed I can’t get a good cup. Takes milk well for the bitterness (I dont ever use milk typically).
