After 18 years in IT, I have settled into coffee!
Pulled two shots: Turbo and a more “standard” 2:1 ratio. Turbo shot was floral on the nose and tasted of blueberry syrup with a tickle of tartness. Standard shot was syrupy in body, reminiscent of apple compote and lemonade. The cocoa comes through in the finish. This is a Cup of Excellence winner and I can truly see why!! Best coffee I have had so far this year!!
