A super light, floral airy mouthfeel. Scents of brown sugar, rose water, and pear throughout the sip. Not overly sweet but clearly a natural process. Incredibly balanced and has a distinct fermented aftertaste and aroma. Hands down the most unique coffee I’ve tasted!
