After 18 years in IT, I have settled into coffee!

Woke up with a V60 (Revel Coffee Ethiopia Natural Guji, 4:6 method) and followed it with an espresso (same coffee, 16g in and 32g out in 35s). I prefer this coffee on espresso with a bit longer contact time to bring out some more fruity flavors. Luckily, it doesn’t ruin the finish and instead makes a super sweet and fruity cup. Debating on busting out the moka pot or cezve for this coffee next!
