This is my first homemade nitro cold brew. It definitely had a good minty flavor and a slight ice cream taste by probably is due to the nitro. The cold brew was in the French press for 12 hours. I think it will have a stronger taste once I let the second half sit in the French press for at least another 12 hours. The coffee sit in the nitro for 1 hour. The instructions recommended letting it sit in the nitro for a longer period of time so the nitro will last longer in the glass.
