So, I got overconfident about the results I was getting with my new grinder and the Moka Pot, so I decided to try my luck with some dark roasts. Unfortunately, I struggled to get a decent extraction. I didn’t buy the beans from the roaster this time and got them from a local cafe, so I suspect they were already stale by the time I got them.
