Funnex from Chemex. I love this new brewer from Chemex. It uses the same paper filters as their three cup model, but this differs in that it doesn’t have a built in carafe and instead sits on top of your mug or stand-alone carafe. It’s also double-walled, so it retains heat incredibly well and is portable (as long as it’s well-protected, since it is glass).
