June of 2019 I took a two week trip to Europe, traveling around to different countries and exploring coffee. While in Berlin I happened across a cafe called The Barn, who roasted their own beans and had some of the most-skilled baristas I’ve ever seen. I ordered a Chemex and a later a shot of espresso. To this day, I rank The Barn as the best coffee I’ve had.
