The smell, the taste. If it’s coffee I’ll drink it!

The last couple of days I used a bean to cup machine with this coffee. Although the strength etc can be adjusted on the machine I found this coffee much sharper and acidic when brewed this way. I played around with settings but overall didn’t think it made that much difference.
Verdict: For me this coffee works best when I am in control of strength and grind. I definitely prefer it using a pour over method where the creamier, smoother, notes come through. And it’s still smashing with a splash of cream.
